Hello everyone!
I can't believe we have made it to September.
I honestly can't believe I made it through this year at all.
I started it off broken, hurt and confused.
The first part of the year seemed to drag on forever and I never thought that I would never be able to feel normal again.

I am happy to say that I found my way out of that dark place.
It really seemed impossible at first but here we are.
I am happy, hopeful and excited for the future once again.
Wherever you are, whatever you are going through I want you to know that it will pass.
Don't give up.
Keep fighting even though it is so hard.
Keep moving forward even if it feels like you aren't moving fast enough.
Give yourself time to heal, cope, grieve whatever it is you need to do and I promise you it will get better.
You will get better.
