My Monday | Land That I Love

Hello everyone!
With the Fourth of July just a few days away I thought it would be appropriate to talk about America.
I am so proud to live in this country.
Let's be honest America is not without it's problems...
But we have so many opportunities and possibilities.

I worked in customer service for several years helping people with their loans and finances.
I would get to know clients on a personal level and they would tell me their story.
I cannot tell you the amount of times I had someone tell me what an amazing country we live in.
The idea of owning their own house, car or even having their own bank account in their native country was non existent.
You had to be rich, famous or in politics to have these luxuries.
I felt so guilty having all of these things at 23 and taking them for granted when I had people twice my age fighting every day to make it to that point.
I am so grateful to have been born here.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had.
I am grateful for the things I have.
Happy Fourth of July!

All my love,
Autumn
