St. Patrick's Day Brunch

Hello everyone!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Every year Erik and I celebrate with a green brunch.

This year we celebrated with green waffles.
We just added a few drops of green food coloring to our waffle batter.

And then topped them with whip cream and gold sprinkles.

We had golden scrambled eggs as a side.
While cooking we added in some spinach for a green factor.
Not a fan of spinach?
Try green peppers, chives, parsley or just enjoy them golden.

For our second side we had rainbow fruit kabobs.
Red strawberries, oranges, yellow bananas, green kiwis, indigo blackberries and purple grapes.
You could even end with a marshmallow for a cloud,

For our drink we enjoyed golden orange juice.
Erik grew up drinking green milk but that usually doesn't fit my appetite...
We decided orange juice was fitting,

We love starting the holiday off with a themed breakfast.
How do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?

All my love,
Autumn
