Skillet S'mores

Hello everyone!
Erik and I purchased a cast iron skillet a few years ago.
I made a goal to use it more frequently and since it is officially s'more season I thought, why not start there?

You will need:
1/2 a tablespoon of butter
1 and 1/2 cups of your favorite type of chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
20 large marshmallows, halved
Graham crackers, quartered

Place your skillet into the oven.
Preheat oven to 450o with skillet inside.
Once oven is preheated, carefully remove the skillet from the oven.
Place butter into hot skillet and swirl as it melts so that it covers the bottom and sides.
Add the chocolate chips in an even layer.
Place the marshmallows halves on top of the chocolate chips until they are completely covered.
Bake until the marshmallows are browned to your preference.
Watch closely they burn quickly!
Remove from the oven and let set for five minutes.
Serve while warm with quartered graham crackers.

This is such a quick and simple recipe.
It's the perfect way to get s'mores if you don't have access to a campfire.
What are some of your favorite s'more inspired recipes?
