Oversized Wooden Star

Hello everyone!
Happy Fourth of July weekend.
I wanted to add a large statement piece to our entry table for the Fourth of July.
I found this oversized star on Pinterest and thought it would be the perfect addition.
And it was super easy to make!

You will need:
5 large wooden sticks (I found mine at Michaels)
Spray paint (I used white)
Glue gun
Glue sticks

Paint the wooden sticks until you reach your desired color.
Once dry, form the sticks into a star shape and glue into place.

My sticks were just under three feet.
The original picture placed silver thumbtacks at the five points at of the star.
I wanted to keep my simple so I could use it for other occasions like Christmas so I left them off.
What are you doing for the Fourth of July?
